The Biggest Mistake Of My Life...............
Ok,here's a story that would make people feel sorry for me. I actually feel sorry me for what happened. Here's the story: A few years ago I was at a card show and this guy liked my Rafael Furcal bat card (bv:$10). He asked me if I would be willing to trade it and I said "ok." He said: "I'll give you this Albert Pujols RC jersey card for it." And I said: "I don't know who that is, sorry." Wow, I can't remember what brand the card was but I should've made that trade. It's probably worth a fortune and my Rafael Furcal bat card (which I still have) is still worth $10!

O, I can beat that. About 1-2 months ago, I was at a local "pack wars" contest at my hobby store. They put packs on sale, and they look for the # of card, players weight, etc to win a prize. Well, they were doing Sp Legendary cuts at 13 per pack. I originally said to myself, eh wth, might as well try one. So I picked one, and did some more thinking and said I didnt want it. So this little porker kid next to me, who at our store they call "beckett" because he knows prices of almost every current player buys that pack I put back. So, he picks the pick, and tears it open. Well, turns out, in that very pack, was a Joe Dimaggio cut autograph. Boy, was I pissed.

Lol, I wish. The kid called his father from the store, and left right after he pulled it. Its kinda lame though, kids funded by his parents for it every other week. He gets 200 bucks every other week for the pack wars from his parents. He wouldnt have got it, if not for that.

HAH! I've got you all beat. I traded a Brett Farve 1991 Stadium Club RC that probably would have graded a 10 for a Pacific Ryan Leaf Blue Parallel RC. When I made the trade, it was about even up, infact, I was getting the better end of the deal. I STILL HAVE THE DAMN THING....IT'S LIKE A BATTLE SCAR. IT WON'T GO AWAY!!!!! Ok, try and top that.

Alright nobody talk mine tops most...
back in 98/99 when jerseys were pretty much unheard of and patchs where even more unheard of i was in Ashland Wisconsin at the local shop. I was there for the summer with my dad for his work. I had been visiting regularly and had gotten to know the dealer. The day before leaving i scraped together $15 to buy a few more packs because the dealer was know a friend. I went in and look around and desided to buy his last two packs of 98/99 Upper Deck basketball. When i went to go check out some new football packs caught my eye... 99 ionix. Cool cards, but worth nothing. I put the two pack of UD back and bought some ionix and got maybe a tim couch rookie. Good pull at the time. The next day i dropped by to say goodbye and a kid was in the process of opening the packs of UD i chose not to buy. I was curious to hung around to see what he got. If you believe in all the bad luck, then you will believe he pulled a Michael Jordon PATCH card maybe autoed #/ed to like 23 or 25, but i don't remeber. Anywho i left in disoray, and pretty much didn't talk for like a week, i couldn't beleive it. The card booked at like $6000 then, but until this very day i wonder what my collection would look like if that card was mine.
Haha Ryan Leaf, i remember i dumped a Cade Mcnown Bowman Chrome for like $80 in trade when it first came out! it wouldn't sell on ebay for a quarter.
