Hey, got a quick question for anyone who can help out.

This last month I have been selling a few cards and received payments for all the cards. I go to eBay to pay my fees for selling so I can transfer my money into my checking account. For some reason I paid the $3.70 I owed plus got charged another $1.00. Has this happened to anyone else.
