    How do I get a payment to go OFF pending once I get it from an ebay sale???

    It means you don't have enough feedback or recent sales and it will stay pending until 21 days unless you get delivery confirmation and post the D/C # on ebay and paypal and it clears 3 days after confirmed delivery.

    You would need 25 complete sales, but if its been longer than 90 days since your last sale it will still be a pending payment. Also you need $250 in total sales.
