    well. I found there little follow up box a bit pointless since they never answered any posts I left, but I HATE sitting on the phone dealing with CS agents so I just forgot about my last couple of outstanding redemptions , but low and behold I saw they went ahead and replaced them .

    scratching the surface kopitar replaced by dominion Bartkowski auto rc ( JOKE )
    kovalchuk scratching the surface replaced by limited select signatures bourque ( okay )

    I think the Bourque signature is definitely an upgrade. And the Dominion RC although its a way lesser known player, it's a high end product. Not too bad.

    Naw...its not improving. I am doing an experiment now where I redeemed a 10/11 Contenders auto about 3 and a 1/2 months ago that has been live for just over 10. Haven't received it yet...but just going to wait and see how long it can possibly take them to redeem a live auto. I am not going to request a replacement or call them...

Haven't received it yet...but just going to wait and see how long it can possibly take them to redeem a live auto. I am not going to request a replacement or call them...

    It's definitely improving. I contacted them on Twitter and within a day and a half my 3 redemptions were sent out. Much better than it was.

    You shouldn't have to contact a company to get your cards after redeeming them...especially when they are in stock. This is like saying "Yeah, I didn't like the gallon of lemonade I bought, so I proactively added more sugar...now it's fine!!!!" Just sad.

    Been waiting for 16 months for a card thats been live for quite a while. Last time i called cs they told me the card hasn't been made yet. I don't know where this came from then

    I got a Nick Johnson Luxury suite rc auto for my Kopitar scratching the surface auto.

    Kopitar has signed for 7 products since that redemption came out, some are even hard signed. Makes no sense
