In the fine print it says that it is by invitation only. You have to get this message from them in order to take part in the promotion.

wooooow 1 free item! Ebay has always been a rip off but there really isn't an alternative that brings back as much money. The insertion fee, final value fee, the shipping total fee, the paypal fee all make it lack luster to sell... Over the past few month they have gotten extremely cheap as well.. I would say once or twice a month they would have random days where they would let you list 250 items for free... But that haven't done that in many months.

Really what they should do is make the insertion fee .10 but only if the item sells.

If you don't have a store on ebay you can list 50 items with no insertion fee every month. There are of course still FVF and paypal fees, but if your item doesn't sell you aren't out anything.

they had unlimited free listings like 5 days ago... but cut me off at 90, even though it said unlimited.
