Joshpackham thanks for pointing this out to Jonpop but believe me he understands this and is just trying to bash ITG as he always does.

Captain-C was sold out as is Broad Street Boys and yes many of our distributors have Broad Street Boys in stock as it has not even been released yet.

The price that Captain-C is selling for on the links provided as substantially more than the original wholesale price and in this day and age in our hobby, that is rare.

So while I appreciate your attempt at an explanation, the purpose of the post was to attack our credibility one more time and I am glad you did not let it go unanswered.

Yea, 400 cases is not that much. If you think about it, its actually almost nothing. I applause ITG for making it such sought-after.

If your going to order some, I'd do it as soon as you can. Not sure if the price will raise due to it being hard to find.

Just remember, that even though the print-run looks small, you can basically double-it! When you factor-in, that almost every card in the set will also be produced with that magic little stamp on it and can be acquired at the shows.

On a positive note, the price-point of the product seems quite reasonable. Then again, since the majority of wholesalers and stores won't carry any ITG product on their shelves, it likely is still a tough find for the average collector looking for some. Lindbergh, Shero and Kate Cut Autos, would all be a great pull

I heard that ITG was also producing another high-end Habs-Leafs product. Pretty original! I mean, they had to do something with all of that leftover Superlative Franchise product that nobody wanted

Heck, maybe they'll step-out of the box and develop a one-of-a-kind product celebrating the year........1972
