For Americans, it probably is. But for Canada, Quecan's one of the better online vendors.
I'm mighty tempted to get some of the 07-08 UD1 blasters.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Which of these are highly sought after? If you had to choose 3 of the ones listed, which would you go for?
Big noob here, just want some good value.

I'd go with Certified. Where's the link for the sale?

I like the older boxes of BTP (hobby) which are under $60. Really all of the BTP hobby boxes are priced very well. Also as RGM81 pointed out, the 07-08 UD Series 1 blaster is a great price as is the 10-11 Series 1 blaster. If you're buying a full box rather than a blaster, I suggest always buy hobby and not retail.

I would go with 10/11 Contenders and then I was actually stunned to see the price on the 08/09 SPX was that low? Good luck with the breaks and let us know what you get. Thanks for sharing

Are these prices in store only, or they are available online too?

Personally, I will never buy boxes from Quecan during their "blowout" sales again. Me and another guy bought a bunch of boxes one time a few years ago for killer prices and they turned out to be duds, and I mean EXTREME duds. Every box was shorted hits and the high end UM9 box the other guy opened didn't have one card numbered to less than 24. It's almost as though they buy up cheap, resealed wax and sell them off as a "blowout sale". When buying boxes at regular price from Quecan I've had lots of success, but I will NEVER touch one of their blowout boxes again. Buyer beware.

bought a lot of boxes from quecan directly at the store and I always got some boxes in blowout with no hits. even the regular price boxes, i never got some big hits.
now I pay 15$ more a box at a local dealer and im pulling the big hot very frequently...
is there something tricky with quecan..they are specialist you know..Last edited by RGM81; 05-28-2012 at 12:12 PM. Reason: Mind the language, please.

I once ordered 6 boxes of Exclusive 02-03 from them and had decent results, including a Nash RC AU and a Spezza RC AU.

custom hit you on the border so for canadian, buying online from a US store is not cheep. I tried this once and learned really fast. This is why we canadian are better to buy in a canadian online shop for boxes. If a store ship for US to Canada vis UPS you get to pay custom taxes. Since most do this, you get a bill to pay in order to get the package.
