Custom cut help (Willing to pay)

I am a big Longhorn fan and I have autographed index cards of former Texas QB James Street and of Split end Cotton Speyrer.

I see some people make custom cards and fit the cut into the cards.

I don't think my computer has the software to create nice custom templates and/or I don't know to make them right even if my computer has the software to make them. I think that I'm in a little over my head when trying to make custom cards for a cut.

Does anyone on here do this for $$$? I would be willing to pay someone to do the cut/custom for me if they would be willing.
