93-94 Stadium Club - OPC Version

I know that there is an OPC parallel version of each card in the 93-94 Stadium Club set, including the 1st day issues. Two questions:

    1) The OPC versions have "ptd in USA" on the back, whereas the regular cards do not. Is that correct?

    2) How were the OPC versions distributed? Where they inserted in packs? Only in Canada? Is it worth going through all of my opened 93-94 to see if I have any OPC cards?

    Thanks!

You are correct about the difference between tje Topps and OPC versions. The OPC cards were only Series I (1-250) and I believe available as a separaye product in Canada. Base cards don't really have a premium, but if you have any First Day parallels, the OPC ones are harder to find ( I am still looking for a few Rangers myself).

In case anybody needs a visual reference for the difference between the 2, bottom left corners shows the ptd in USA on the second card.

Ah hopefully I entered mine properly in the inventory manager. I've got a good chunk of those. I thought the OPC ones would say OPC somewhere on them or have French on them somewhere.

First Day Issue OPC is oversized, I was really surprised when I received the card....
It's really difficult sometimes to understand of how OPC/Topps actually thinking....they just love to make many different variations of OPC - Topps.

Thanks for the info about OPC version of TSC 93-94, I'll receive a OPC version to my PC and let's see if the card got "PTD in USA" on its back then...

The oversized FDI OPCs are some kind of proofs, not box/pack stuff. But I believe they are factory made anyway.

Otherwise the OPC versions do exist of Ser 1 (1-250) base cards and FDIs. Never heard of Members Only OPCs though...

I have these Larmers in my binder:
    Base 236
    Base 398
    Base OPC 236
    FDI 236
    FDI 398
    FDI OPC 236
    FDI OPC Oversized Proof 236
    Members Only 236
    Members Only 398

Ehh so there are 2 different FDI OPC....I thought it was only one because on SCF's inventory manager only listed one FDI OPC.
    Ok thanks for the info!
