My first negative! How do i go about getting it removed?

well i got my first negative today on ebay. Ive been using ebay and a couple sports sites for years to buy sell and trade and this is the first negative Ive ever gotten.

i sold an xbox 360 4gb for 110 plus 15 shipping. the buyer instantly NARUd(although he appears to be registered again) so i went to the resolution center and opened a request to cancel the transaction so I could get my fees back and thought nothing of it. I checked my feedback today and noticed that he had left negative feedback stating "dont have money".

im beyond ticked right now. i havnt sold a ton in the last year so that brings my rating down to 98.4 which really ticks me off. i emailed ebay and explained but i was wondering if there is anything else i can do?

i called ebay once a buyer who didnt pay left me a negative and they took it off.

I'd call eBay. I wouldn't try to handle it via email.

No wonder I don't like ebay anymore. You get a negative because a guy backs out on a deal and he puts that he didn't have $. They should take the negative off if they were smart.
