    2011-2012 The Cup Question

Anyone have any idea if the upcoming The Cup product will have 3 ARP /99 or 6? Also any idea of which players there might be for the short prints?

RNH LANDESKOG AND HENRIQUE seem to be the obvious choices.

I would think that in addition to those three, Johanson, Couturier and Hodgson.

Simply put, we don't know at this point. UD has yet to release any information about The Cup.

Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

I realize UD hasn't released any information about it...I just wanted people's thoughts on it

If its 3 I think it will be RNH, Hodgson, and Landeskog

Simply put ... at this point, we don't even know if the Cup is going to be made.

But these three are at least going to be /99 - RNH, Landeskog, Hodgson

Candidates if there are going to be 6.

    Henrique, Couturier, Leblanc (habs factor).

It would seem "obvious" to put Henrique because of his play, but I can see many hobby wise reasons not to. New Jersey stuff doesn't hold up and there isn't really a huge following of Henrique. Sure he is good and people are now starting to take notice, but I am sure UD factors in a lot of other things before deciding.

Heck, the /99 are probably decided just not released. If so, Henrique probably won't be /99.

Maybe I'm wrong, but UD would be making a mistake not having Henrique be one of the /99 RC's. I think he has a very bright future ahead of him and will eventually garner hobby love.

If the /99's were picked months ago I do not see Henrique being one.

RNH, Landy & Hodgson are my bets if there are only 3

Imo he was one of the best rookie defensemen all year. Larsson was pretty good too!
