FS: Hultzen Blue Wave AU /50

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING! Sorry if it's a little long.

Going to try this once, because maybe someone is interested...

I recently pulled a Danny Hultzen Blue Wave AU /50 out of a wrapper redemption pack, but the bottom right corner is dinged (pretty badly IMO). I contacted Topps and asked if I could have the card replaced. They said yes, but... they cannot replace it with another Blue Wave AU. They claim they didn't hold any of those back as replacements (yeah, right... then why are they 1:15 packs instead of 1:5?). They said they would be willing to replace it with a card of similar value.

If it was me, I'd prefer to take the replacement, but there are only 50 Hultzen Blue Wave AUs out there. Everyone I've seen has the same flaw (badly dinged corner), and they can't be replaced with another copy in better condition. So maybe someone is interested in it as is, as if you want a Hultzen Blue Wave AU, you have to live with the ding.

I am offering this for sale at $165 dlvd.

That price is my bottom line price, and I am not interested in trading. Like I said, I should be able to get something of equal value in return, but I'd be fine with taking the quick cash and avoiding the hassle that sometimes is Topps Customer Service. Pretty annoying, isn't it? I asked, specifically, if I could switch it out for a Hultzen Blue Wave or Gold Ref AU. They said absolutely not on the Blue Wave, but they'd see what they could do on the Gold. Are you going to try and have yours replaced or just living with it?

I think that I am going to just live with it. Hard to tell what Topps would send as a replacement.
