    Ebay No Payer Warning!!

A bidder wins 6 of my 2012 Bowman Signature team breaks I was selling on ebay. No payment and no contact from him since the auction ended. Sent invoices twice. Then I look at his feedback. Seems he has a history of no paying for anything.

My curiousity was, how could this guy still be allowed to have an account with all this negative feedback (yet positive ratings). So I called ebay. They said he's had 17 no pays in the 6 months he's been a member. I said, "and he's still allowed to bid?". They said, "nobody's ever called and complained about him before." I said, "well doesn't 17 no pays put up a red flag?" They said, "we'll look into it now."

    Ebay has gotten so bad!

Either way, block this guy and save yourself the agony: heynow55

Leaving a positive feedback with a negative comment is against eBay rules.

Also you can block bidders like him who have X amount of policy infractions in X amount of time, I have mine set to the strictest limits. You can do all that in your account preferences.

Yeah, wish I had time to keep up with all of ebay's policy changes. The last I remember if you had 3 strikes your account was suspended. Haven't had any no pays really until this one. So thanks for the info about preferences. Already made the change. Either way, having 17 strikes should have killed his account already.

Don't really care about the "negative comment" in positive feedback rule as ebay doesn't allow sellers to leave negative feedback, so we have to warn people somehow. All the negative feedback I have is false as someone blamed me for Topps forgetting to put 2 autos in the 2011 Gypsy Queen boxes. He decided to over exaggerate the feedback he left just to make me look bad because I wouldn't give him a discount on his bids. Yet the UPC's were redemptions so he got what the box said anyway.
