1997-98 Finest Gold embossed - Diecut?
I'm trying to understand all the different parallel versions of the 1997-98 finest. The bronze and silver base, embossed, refractor and silver embossed refractor are pretty straight forward. Its the gold parallels that have stumped me.
From my understanding:
- the embossed refractor should actually be die-cut. The ones that are not diecut were placed into circulation by collectors who bought a factory sheet when finest sold them off and cut the individual cards from the sheet.
- for the normal gold embossed parallel, should these cards also be diecut? did the same scenario happen to this parallel set as well.
- similarly for the refractor version. Should these be die cut?

Pretty much the same for all players but I think some didn't have the 2 bronze variation. The promo card is the same as the base but the finest logo on the front is different and it has uncommon on the back instead of common and a big red "PROMOTIONAL SAMPLE NOT FOR RESALE" across the back
