My first vintage pick ups. Good find?

I was surfin the bay for some new trade bait or Crosby's when some random listings caught my eye. I always stop and stare at vintage cards thinking how cool it would be to have a few nice ones to collect! But alas, the prices always make me forget that idea quick!y :)

Well tonight I saw 2 cards that caught my eye and a price that seemed too good to be true! I had never see these "Parkhurst Series D" cards so I am not sure if they are a good find or not! Can anyone tell me if these cards were a good buy at the price I paid and their condition, or if I just started me a 36/37 OPC Series D collection :) (Ruh roh, my wallet already hurts lol) Thanks in advance!

They look pretty good! Not sure about the price but they are scarce to find with the top portion intact.
