was going to send a request to Brad Peacock( pitcher for the A's). I see he is on the 40 man roster for the club, but not on the active roster?

sending it to the oakland A's, he should get it though right? Even though he's not on the active Roster?

I would send to the AAA team (Sacramento River Cats) as you will get a much quicker response from him. By sending it to Oakland they might RTS it or just throw it out instead of forwarding/saving it for Peacock (if he returns to Oakland).
