Does Anybody Know Any Other Sites To Get In Person Signing Information ?
I know of signingshotline.com and its a great site but I was wondering if there was any other sites showing info on in person auto signings or appearances. I know when I was in to auto collecting big before there was one that showed all the book signings upcoming in the country.
I also searched all the big venues here around town and found a few, one in particular I am going to try and graph (Bobby Knight). Which brings up another question. If a person is appearing at a location but auto's are not specified have any of you had luck getting that person to sign and where would you wait outside the venue to try and get it ?
Just getting back in to in person and some TTM collecting so any info you guys can share would be helpful even if its not specifically about the two questions above.
Thanks!!

TTM - that was the one I was thinking of. Thanks!!!
Anybody else have some info on In pErson graphing or any other tips, tricks, or advice for a returning collector..
Also had an idea that I think some of you might like. A little background first. I have three daughters two of which just completed third and fifth grades. As part of there summer activities they need to work on there keyboarding skills because they both take keyboarding in school and while the younger one is pretty good and actually typing at the speed she should be the older one is a little slower and needs to pick up a few words per minute to be where she should be next year. They both enjoy collecting with me and are actually the reason I am getting back in to graphing because the younger one has a picture from a previous signing with me and Jay Bruce and they both want to collect with me.
So my idea, instead of having them type boring typing study plans I thought that I will start having them type the letters to players for auto requests. I will put a small paragraph in the letter to the player explaining there goal for the summer and what we are trying to accomplish with this. All return envelopes will be addressed to them and they will be opening any success's. I thought maybe this would be a good way to get them interested in the typing and also maybe receiving a reward (auto'ed card) for there hard work. Also I thought with so much communication being done nowadays through email and such this would be a good way for them to learn how to translate thoughts to paper and learn the correct way structure a letter.

That's an excellent idea! I can't wait till my son gets old enough where he can do that. It's awesome that your family has something you can do together, that doesn't happen much nowadays.
