I wrote him a note, half English half Spanish, wishing him the best of luck with the season and asking him to sign the cards. He returned the note with an auto on the back and wrote this:

Here's Ryan Lavarnway of the Pawtucket Red Sox, having a great season and I actually saw him play in a PawSox game just 2 days ago. I also sent him a 2011 draft RC which he kept.
