    Lightning never wanted Luongo; Yzerman stated himself he wants a young goalie who plays like Martin Brodeur. Lindback fits the bill for now, he still has to prove himself. As for what Nashville got in return, they will get some good prospects (odds are 1/3 2nd round picks become NHLers) in a relatively deep draft. Some of the people who are rising up and sliding down makes you wonder where these slated 2nd round picks are going to fall into place.

    Also, as a Canucks fan, I love this trade because that's 1 less goalie the Leafs can get ;)
