Well I guess he's not claiming the it's an actual Upper Deck card, not sure if the design is copyrighted or anything, but I guess it's not technically illegal or against rules. Completely fake though.

Makes me wonder if that Hopkins YG he sold was a real or a fake. Looks like he ended the listing himself. He has to know they are fake.
