What are the differences between these?

I have been working on something recently for the site's card database (racing to be exact), and came across a set from 1997 that is puzzling me. I can't seem to find anything about it and was wondering if the racing community could possibly help shed some light on it. The closest thing I could find was a set from 1994-95. So, does anyone here know if there is a differences between the following 1994-95 and 1997 sets?:

Are they the same just listed differently and one as a different year? Something else?

as far as I can tell the only difference is the year-you might want to ask someone whose collection includes some of these though (maybe tyrant)

I sure would love to get even more of the knowledgeable racing community using the database here. I have been working on what I can to fix and clean it up, but at the same time can't be expected to know everything that needs taken care of.

Thanks! I always appreciate the kind words that others have given me about my work with it! It does make me feel like what I am doing is worth it instead of worthless.

As for football, I'm aware of the mess there. Hopefully things will turn around there soon, but not making any promises. I wouldn't mind helping them if I was more knowledgeable there, but at the same time I already have enough to worry about being knowledgeable about as I am currently the only person for the 8 areas that aren't the big four sports.
