Best Way To Organize Base?

i to recently started adding everything to zistle. and i've found to make it easier to import i just sort by year, brand, and then put them in #'d order. this way they input fast. i know you mentioned your probably not going to trade, but if you do decied to trade, you can use the trade tab on zistle and it shows you who wants the cards that you added to your trade list, makes it super easy, it actually shows how many cards of yours they want, and how many you want of theres, as long as you have a want list

Since I do quite a bit of TTM, I try to sort everything by sport and then player alphabetically.

For years, I tried to keep everything by year and brand, but it became a huge mess to find cards of certain players when I needed them.

I keep them organized by sport and then team. I do a lot of team type trading, so that helps quite a bit.
