Interested in other's takes on the Eric Gordon situation.....

You own the Hornets. You are looking to rebuild with talented young players for the future.

Eric Gordon signs an offer sheet with the Suns, claiming "It feels right, Phoenix is where I want to be" and begs New Orleans not too match.

Do you let a guy go that doesn't want to be there in an effort to keep bad vibes away from your youthful core?
Do you pay $58 million over four years to a guy that doesn't want to be there because you have a right to match and you think he's a good enough player to risk it?

I see a lot of sign-and-trades this year. Maybe the Hornets could get something in return.

Glad the Knicks signed Jason Kidd. Should help out Jeremy Lin's game if he comes back to NY.

Yeah, maybe he can be around for more than a month now, although I don't think eBay could cope with another Linsanity episode.

The Mavs look like everyones abandoning ship.

As of now I don't see the suns or hornets making the playoffs.I feel as if each team is a couple pieces away. It looks like Hill will be going to the Lakers with Nash. I don't see the suns having many guys who are above average on defense and if Nash isn't running the show I feel as if players won't get the same quality looks and that should hurt there fg percentage.

The hornets just seem to young to break through....jack, rivers, I assume they will match gordons offer sheet and keep him or at least move him for some solid pieces. Who else will help Davis inside? Kaman maybe? Think the Hornets will be improved but don't see playoffs this season.

Brandon Roy is back and joining the T-Wolves. Could be a nice group if Rubio is back in action.

That Brandon Roy pick up is crazy. If he comes back to 75% of what he was in Portland Minny is a playoff team. 100% and they may actually have a contending team.

Roy, Rubio and Love are a hell of a trio.

No way they are making the Playoffs with Roy, U should be talking about Batum more then anything.

Maybe they will win 30 games this season, well that is if those 3 can stay healthy which they cannot!

I cant believe they didnt sign Beasley but wasted money on old B. Roy who retired because his knee problems were so bad.
Guess its better for me as a Suns fan LOL

Contending in the West will be impossible for this team, they better add Dwight Howard to get a chance to contend.

Look at the Thunder, Lakers, Clippers, Spurs, Grizzlies, Nuggets, Trailblazers, Jazz etc each one of those teams will have NO problem against the T-Wolves.
