I am looking to stock up on any serial numbered rcs and serial numbered inserts for cheap.. I have 75 bucks to spend plus 30 in paypal..

BV 4 or under ill pay 90% of the bv..
BV 4.01 to 8 ill pay 85% of the bv..
BV 8.01 to 12 ill pay 80% of the bv
over 12 ill pay 70% of the bv..
