I had a member with 100 feedback but a MSF tag offer to buy a lot but asked me to send first to follow the rules. Doesn't the rules say a MSF tag needs to send first before a new member? I wasn't sure but I thought it went that way.

You also may want to alert a mod. He knows he must send first and was probably trying to take advantage of a new member.

Well it is a sale so he would send payment and I'd send cards right then. Reading that though it says a MSF tag has to send first.

Well his PM was strange seeing the guidelines DON'T say this. I won't contact one because he hasn't responded yet. If he takes it then no need to inform a MOD, but if he passes then I should?
