    Why can't we post buy-in leagues?

    Yahoo is now running leagues that offer buy-ins and payouts to winners. They are allowed to offer this because the federal government does not consider this to be gambling (because it involves skill). SCF states that you cannot post leagues with buy-ins because it is considered gambling......if a site like Yahoo can do it, I think SCF is safe. Can this be looked into and possibly changed? These buy-in leagues with cards are extremely popular.
