    eBay question

Most of the cards I sell on eBay are $1+ cards. However, I'm about to sell my Akeem Olajuwon rookie. I want to start the bid off as low as possible without being silly about it, but I have a question...

Let's say someone wins it for I don't know, $40. I send it to them, shipped safely, etc. What if... What if they get it, then CLAIM it got there damaged, or that it just didn't get there (even though it did)... can they get their $40 back and keep the card, as in scam it? Or is eBay and PayPal a little harder to pull that one on?

    Just curious. Thanks!

They'll get it back most likely, that's why you have to ship with delivery confirmation to be safe.

How can I do that, if I'm just sending them out in letter envelopes? They're packed safe, but I literally mail them out as letters.

Why take the chance of sending it like that? Send it in a bubble mailer with DC. If you print the label thru paypal it will only cost like $1.60 and DC is free.
