    Yip - I actually have the Mortorboard already. I'd pay basically a fair price for mini lots, on par with what they would go for on ebay. Pretty much need everything from scratch, I buy very little retain/hobby and instead assemble sets via lots on sites like this. Only have about 25 cards so far.
