How should I explain this?
I opened a case of 11-12 SPA and one of my boxes had 0 autos and the rest of the case was fine. Well I called them up that day and they gave me a case and told me to write a letter with teams/players and what happened.
Should I express my dissatisfaction by saying I spent $1,300 on a case and recieved 0 autos in a box that should not happen. Or should I just explain in a nice way what happened. What to do you think will give me the best results?Flickr: Hidden Content

SPA is a known set for its autos. Recommended to contact UD via phone (or email if there is no answer) ASAP. Make sure you have your receipt for the case and retain the box itself as they will want the codes off of it.

Make sure you have a copy of your receipt and make sure they see that copy. Tell thm about them the amount spent, and any previous amounts spent as a good customer in the past.
Take photos of the entire Box, and be prepared to send everything from that box back.
Also write down the serial number of the box and of the case, as they can probable do an internal trace.
Do Not give up until you have been compensated, no matter what.

Sugar gets you further than vinegar. Be polite and respectful, and as best as possible stick to the facts.

What both of them said. They'll need box UPCs and probably case UPCs or SNs. Make sure you ask them any questions you have. Stick to the facts, voice your disappointment in a positive way. They'll take care of you.
