I know the Hot Prospects and OPC Premier ones are true rookie cards. I think the Sweet Shot one is also a true rookie but not 100% sure. As for BV we are not allowed to post it on the site as it violates the rules.

The sweet shot may not be considered a true rc as the /599 one would be it.

I don't think the Sweet Shot /100 is considered a true RC. There was a version /599 that didn't have an auto, just jerseys. The /100 version would likely be considered a parallel. The others are for sure though.

    From sports.upperdeck.com/productdetails/2007-08-sweet-shot-hockey.pdf

    "• Rookie Cards
    o Sweet Beginnings – Triple Jerseys – #’d 101-599
    o Sweet Beginnings – Auto Triple Jerseys – #’d 1-100
    "

Both cards should count as a True Rookie according to the definition people uses.
