    Patrick Roy Highland Mint Elite Coin I need some help please

    Hello my buddy pick this up at a yard sale and wants to know if anyone can help out with value or anything about it thanks Joe here are a couple scans there are a coulpe more in my bucket he has the certificate of authenticity and the original case I know it is ser#ed 179/250 it has 1.5 troy ounces of .999 silver and 24kt gold overlay. Thanks for any help.
