    Beckett Grading Problem

    I submitted 20 cards and just got my return list with grades

    All was good except for 2, they said service unavailable

    What does this mean?

    They were a 97 scoreboard kobe rc auto and a Penny Hardaway classic auto /2500

    It is probably an issue with an altered card. I have gotten that before where they think the card has been cut or altered in some way, and they won't grade it.

    Received them back

    They said it was JSA...only thing is, they are on the population report for BGS. Should I call and ask for a better explanation?
