    Ball Cube Question

I went to put my new Gerrit Cole signed ROMLB in one of my generic Ultra Pro (or whatever brand it is) UV protected ball cases, like I do with any of my decent signed balls. For whatever reason, this ball was slightly larger than most of the ROMLBs I have (not the first time this has happened, but most of the others aren't top players) and didn't fit in the case. Do any of you guys have a suggestion for another ball case to use that's UV protected? It didn't fit right in the case it came in, in retrospect, either. Ball still looks fine, is just slightly larger than normal. Any suggestions?

I have noticed since last year, the cases that ROMLBs come in from rawlings if you buy the singles that come in cubes, those cubes are stamped UV on them, so I've just been using those. In the past I had bought other UV protected cubes and thrown out the rawlings ones, but the UV stamp has me just using those to save cost.

Yeah, I've used the Rawlings cubes the balls come in for some, but both the Rawlings and Ultra Pro generic cases are just too small for some ROMLBs...looking for a slightly large alternative.

I have no real alternatives to offer you, but the last batch of ROMLBs I bought were slightly bigger than any others have been for me in the past, too, and I thought it was strange and very inconvenient . They still fit in the Ultra-Pro UV ball cubes I have, but it is a much more snug fit.

I sliced open the other ball I have from that batch, and it's slightly larger, too. They both fit in the Ultra-Pro cubes, but the fit is so tight that it gives me the impression that they'll be damaged if left in them.
