the cup
is the cup being produced this year??? i tried google but couldnt find anything on a release date or if its being produce?

According to UD "people" (and I use that term lightly) it is being produced.
Just to clarify further, that's what UD's customer service said, so take it with a grain of salt

We usually don't find out if it's being produced until about August-early September

The Cup will likely happen but until UD releases some information - which they are always reluctant to do until the last minute - there are going to be a lot of question marks surrounding it and its release.
I suspect that UD is lobbying with the NHLPA to get the same type of extension that they did last year. It's quite possibly going to be very late into the summer and possibly even into September or beyond that we start to get some concrete information.
