The Best IP Signing I've Ever Been To (Billy Hamilton)

Hey guys, a little while ago I got back from what I'm calling the best in-person autograph signing I've gone to. Every week the local ESPN radio station does a show called "Inside The Blue Wahoos" at the local Toyota dealership where they interview Wahoos players and talk about how the Wahoos did the previous week. Well yesterday my brother's friend's dad who works at the dealership sent e-mails to his little league team and said that Billy Hamilton was going to be on the show and it was going to be open to the public and you could meet Billy, eat some free pizza, and have a chance to win tickets, and later that night I got a newsletter from the Wahoos that said the same thing. So this morning my Dad, brother, and I drove up to the dealership to check it out. We arrived late and were scared because we'd figure there'd be a line an hour long. When we pulled up we saw a truck with ESPN 1450 on it and saw a guy with an ESPN shirt out there so we asked him where the signing was and he pointed to the back corner of the dealership and said we could help ourselves to free pizza. We went in to discover that besides us only one other guy showed up for the event. We waited while the guy on the radio talked for about five minutes and then the guy at the door came back in and said that Billy was lost but he was almost to the dealership, so we waited some more and I ran out to the car real quick to grab something. When I went out there, Billy was just walking up to the dealership. I quickly did what I needed to do and ran back in. Then my brother's friend's dad came over and introduced the four of us there to Billy. Very nice guy! I went up to him and shook his hand, he asked me my name, and signed my ball, and my brother got two cards signed. He then signed for the other man there, and we talked to him before he had to do the radio show. It was great because it was like our own personal session with Billy (since we were the only ones there). Billy then did the show, afterwards we talked with him more, two kids from my brother's baseball team showed up, he signed and talked to them, then went on his way. Then afterwards I was given two tickets to tonight's game from the people at the Toyota dealership, right behind the dugout. Been a while since my last Wahoos game, can't wait to see Billy play for the first time tonight!

Dude that is so sweet, I definately want to add a ball by him to my Reds collection. Nice shirt also

Haha awesome, my sister last year, won VIP tickets to a diners club with the full team for the GB Packers and got the whole team to talk to but she never asked for an autograph while she was there, I was mad LOL.
