For some of us, getting to the post office is a once a week thing, not something you have access to on any given day. I've walked an hour to get to the nearest post office because I didn't have a vehicle for a few days in order to ship stuff. If I could do it the next day I would, even the same day, but I can't most of the time.

I can tell based off your eBay numbers. I feel for you. I do. Ebay will punish you soon and its dumb. Like I stated earlier, to sell on eBay you basically need to ship the same day. Buyers are.. ridiculous.Last edited by htram9; 07-31-2012 at 09:28 PM.

I used to ship re-enforced PWE for years, then people complained. They aren't minding it now, as I offer free shipping.
I have used non-machineable since it's inception. I can now ship a card to Canada for $1.05 instead of the ridiculous $3.00.
I still use a bubble for SCF members, but 90% of all my eBay auctions I now offer Free Shipping, and as mentioned in the earlier quote, in a Re-Inforced PWE that is well protected.

Top Loader will be taped at the top to create a slight "pinch" to hold the card within the toploader and prevent movement.
Sorry, I don't do that. Putting tape directly on the top loader means that the top loader will always have this gummy residue on the card. Whenever I get a top loader like that, I just put it in my box for "shipping". Plus, there's potential change to damage the corners of the top of the card if you squeeze and holder too tight, or have the card come into contact with the tape and become sticky if its taped too loosely.
What I do is put the top loader in a team bag and then tightly tape the team bag closed. That way the card isn't pinched as tightly and if it slides up, it comes into contact with a clean plastic team bag. I know that means that the card can move around a little, but already being in a penny sleeve inside still helps to protect the corners.
No complaints yet, but if I cause a furor, I can look into changing.
Cheers,
reoddai

I re-inforce the Top-loader on 2 sides with 20 gauge cardboard, not the heavy Dummy Card stuff, as it's too hard and can tear open an envelop.
I then tape that securely inside the card.. Then I tape the seams, and top and bottom centre line on the outside of the PWE. Card's don't move at all.

Use Painters' Masking tape to close the top loader. Does the job and can be removed without leaving any glue on the top loader.
I always use a team bag. They can be easily recycled
