New eBay SCAMMER SELLERS BEWARE!!!!
Recently sold a card to a new member on ebay with 1 feedback. He paid promptly and I thought all was well. He emails me to say the card isn't like new or near mint as I claimed and that if he got it graded best it would get would be an 8 and to him near mint means at least 9 or better. Go back and forth with him about how I know what the card looked like blah, blah, blah. He asks for partial refund or full return, I offer to send him 11% of purchase price back and he asks for an extra $10. I tell him to please just return the card to me in the same condition and now he doesn't want to send it back because it will "cost" him $2. This guy is a complete scammer who is paying for items then claiming defects and asking for money back to lower his initial purchase price. Just want to let you all know of this new scum bag. His ebay user id is: blackmamba8to24 His name is Peter Le and he is in California. Hopefully you all can block him from bidding on your items so you don't have the same headaches I just went through.

i've been dealing with ebay users marking payment as sent, but not actually paying for them in hopes you not noticing and send the card. Then if you don't send the card, they are allowed to leave negative feedback and ebay won't do a thing about it.

you don't have to send anything until payment is received and ebay will not allow that to happen at all. I know that for certain, if someone tries pulling that you simply call up ebay and they will take it from there

they will not remove negative feedback if it is left. I spoke with them on two different occasions and they will not remove it. They say they understand why i want it removed, but they want you to "try to work it out with the buyer".

I have been there a few times, after the guy pays for the item he won and then turns around and says he doesn't want it anymore and leaves me negative feedback. This was for a baby item I sold though.
