Remember elementary school when a bunch of kids would have a ball at recess? Eventually one kid would inevitably throw that ball at someone and hurt that person. The teacher/supervisor would walk over and say, "Now no one can play with it."
Now, was it the teacher's fault that ball got taken away, Or was it the irresponsible kid?
Would you call that teacher "vengeful and destructive"?
If the ball company shut down and jobs were lost, is it the teacher's fault?
Maybe blame the parents for not being trustworthy to watch their own children. Maybe blame the parents for not teaching their teenagers that swallowing toys is a bad idea. Blame the parents who can't teach their teenagers, keep an eye on their kids or realize their kid is probably too young for such a small toy.

For the record, I think those things are neat.
