IRC Help
I've been collecting TTM for quite some time now, but have never sent anywhere over seas. I was just wondering if anybody knew the "rules" of IRC, as I have looked them up but can't get answers to some of my questions. First, I was wondering if I purchased an IRC in the US (as they are cheaper than here in Canada) does the IRC have to be redeemed for postage to return postage ONLY to the US, or country it was purchased in. Also, I was wondering if any of you had have experiences sending to Belarus, Russia, Germany or anywhere else in Europe, and if so how many IRC's I would need to send with a 9'' x 5.5'' letter envelope under 2.00 oz. Any help or response is appreciated! Thanks for you help.

Those IRC are no longer used in Europe, well, at least not in Switzerland.
