The dark knight killer had an untreated mental problem. I would bet money that someone abused him along the way. Your comparsion is null and void.

Entirely untrue. Mississippi, Lousianna, Kentucky, Alabama, Tennessee, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Indiana, Maine, Arizona, Kansas and Missouri are 15 of the 20 poorest states in America and are longtime conservative strongholds. If the poor people are liberals then these states should be liberal strongholds, not conservative strongholds.

The elite control the stupid. I'll still never understand how so many everyday people vote for the reps. Wealthy politicians that want those everyday people to pay 100% of the nations taxes.

wow, i don't want to read into anything but did you really just say that if poor people vote republican then they are stupid and being controlled?
i am between lower and middle class and i typically vote republican. does that make me stupid or controlled? or does it make me someone who thinks everyone should pay and not just the top 1%?

I never said you're stupid, I said I'll never understand you. I'll never understand people who run for fun either, I don't think they're stupid.
And no one is saying only the top 1% should pay everything, but loopholes need to be closed and money needs to be brought back to the US instead of sitting offshore. The Republicans will never do that because it effects their personal bottom lines. But they'll tell you that the wealth will "trickle down" and help everyone.

So you think that the only people with millions sitting off-shore is rich Republicans? The only people who use tax loopholes and deductions are wealthy conservatives? Come on.
If wealth doesn't "trickle down" from the wealthy then where does it come from? Name one person that got rich from cashing entitlement handout checks. Show me one person that became a millionaire by drawing unemployment. Wealth is not given, it is earned. Give a person with the desire to succeed a job with a chance to climb the ladder and I will show you someone who will be wealthier in a few years than they are right now. Give a person a welfare check with no chance to succeed and I will show you a person in a few years that is still drawing welfare.

If you think success is tied strictly measured in monetary wealth, I can't help you.
If you think everyone who draws from welfar wants to, I can't help you.
If You think helping someone automatically makes you dependent, I can't help you (and you shouldn't want me to).
Lose these misconceptions and maybe we can talk. Until you and every other conservative realize none of that is true, I can't talk to you about this because we're dealing in different sets of truths.
I agree, the ones who do want to be on welfare need to be weeded out, but that doesn't mean slashing government programs, that will actually make the problem of people undeservedly drawing off those programs because you've laid off everyone who's job it is to find and weed out these people. I'll agree they're not doing a very good job now, but simply cutting everything out until there's nothing for everyone is only caring about the wealthier of the nation.

I am guessing you have never drawn welfare and tried to get off of it. The welfare system is designed to keep those who are on it, on it. If you earn $200 at a part time job then they take away $200 in welfare benefits. There is no chance to start getting ahead. You either get a good enough paying job to "quit cold turkey" or you never get off of it. welfare is not designed to facilitate "cold turkey".
What's more, the current process of "tax 'em til it hurts" is making it even worse. So what if people who are on welfare get a degree? Now they are highly educated and unemployed. Thanks to a tax system that leeches ever red cent it can out of the business owners and wealthy investors the workforce is overstocked. Who is going to hire a fresh-out-of-college person with a BA/BS when there are people with an MBA and 20 years of experience looking for work and applying for the same jobs?
Education does not equal employment. Jobs equals employment. And with 36% of our population unemployed it is hard to imagine how taxing the wealthy and business owners into the ground is going to make it better.
