really??? That averages out to 2.5 rounds a month. For most avid golfer enthusiasts that hits about the average.

I did not say the average golf
enthusiast. I said the average person. Are you going to tell me the average person can afford to golf that much?

I must not be in touch with the average person too since I work out 6 times a week since the majority of 'average people' are fat and out of shape.

And this has what to do with a president being in touch with the average person? Obama is spending 100s of millions on ads stating Romney is rich and out of touch. I'm saying ALL Presidents and most politicians are rich and out of touch. At least I can admit both Republicans and Democrat politicians are rich and out of touch. Bush, Clinton, Reagan, etc. They all were.

So Mike are you saying that you work a full seven days a week? Full 8 plus hour days? No breather or fun with the family?

My personal life has nothing to do with this. This is a President that claims we are in the greatest economic disaster since the great depression. Golfing every other week is not a great way to show "I'm struggling with you." He is also making a HUGE claim that Romney's out of touch and that he is in touch. Let's say it took 3 hours per round of golf. That's 312 hours on the golf course or nearly eight 40-hour work weeks on the golf course. Obama has spent almost 2 full months of his Presidency on the Golf Course during the second Great Depression. I'm also sure it also cost the tax payer a few hundred thousand dollars per round.

If the man sat in his office for 20 hours a day working on all the issues, you would still complain!

the average person can afford to partake in the hobbies that they are interested in, be it golf or something else. I know dozens of us 'average people' on here spent substantially more funds on sportscard products the past 3.5 years than what the rounds of golf would cost

And this has what to do with a president being in touch with the average person? Obama is spending 100s of millions on ads stating Romney is rich and out of touch. I'm saying ALL Presidents and most politicians are rich and out of touch. At least I can admit both Republicans and Democrat politicians are rich and out of touch. when you're calling out someone else on taking part in a recreational activity or taking a break from their busy workload while you're here posting on a sportscard forum than your personal life has everything to do with it. The average person who is still living paycheck to paycheck still finds ways to unwind and detox from the stress of their job and downtime with their family, especially on the weekend. Sporting events, movies, water parks, zoo, etc. Even just sitting at home watching TV. Everyone finds some time each week to relax or do something fun and there is no way that you could say different
