Mystery Shaq Card

I was going to through an old box of cards to add to my inventory today, and came across a Shaquille O'Neal card that I could not access in the database here. Couldn't find anything on Ebay or Google either. Pics are attached - hoping someone can offer some guidance.

Honestly I have no idea, but it is pretty funny that it shows him with Penny's jersey, almost like a photoshop.

could be a draft rookie jersey maybe? who knows, still a cool card though

Still haven't been able to find anything on Ebay or using Google Reverse Image Search. The hunt for answers continues....

Who the heck is Full Court Press? That's the company on the back of the card that made these.

Rule of thumb: most early 90's stuff were complete garbage.

Isn't that a ballstreet card? I think I've seen one before but I haven't paid attention to cards much lately so I could be wrong. It's not worth but a couple bucks at most I don't think

I had a feeling it wasn't worth much, if anything. I remember being given this card for free at a card show back in the early 90s.

The only thing I've been able to dig up through Google is this Yahoo Answers page which gives me no real answers.
