    Coors Field Help

Does anybody know the best way to get autographs at Coors Field, either from the Rockies or the visitors? Can you get down by the dugout if you don't have lower level seats? Do they sign at the player parking lot (and where is it)? Can you get Mark Grace anywhere? Any ideas on getting Rockies Coach Glenallen Hill? Thanks.

    Thanks,
    MIke

I've graphed there once and you can't go by the dugout but this was 4 years ago.

Anyone can go down to the dugout wall prior to game time. The ushers will tell everyone when its time to move on. The Rox are a fun group of signers. Usually 4 or 5 players will sign before a game. Often a big name wlll be over there too (Cargo, Helton, Tulo). I've found that calling out to the lesser players by their first names often gets me an autograph. Most fans don't recognize the players with their warm up jackets on up close. Knowing who is walking by you makes a difference.

Thanks for the information. Big Tampa Bay Rays fan here, Sonnanstine was always one of the nicest signers on the team, got him several times on cards. Started reading your questionaire responses, very interesting reading and what a great idea to connect with former major leaguers. I'm sure some were thrilled to reply to your letter. How did you determine who you were going to send them to?

    Mike
