Design im using for TTM & a Question

So the girlfriend and I are going to start doing TTM autographs and would love to create our own custom cards for it instead of just sending a base card. My question though is.. What the best way to print them out? I want them to be durable enough to make it, get auto'd and keep in my PC. So does anyone have suggestions on the paper to use or what? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

So i've started with my Galiardi, plan to do a Gerbe from there and then some Ducks and Leafs players as well. Will bump the thread up each time i add one.

What does everyone think of the first card?

Great looking card. I really like the effect you put on the photo. My only critique would be the number 37. My eye is drawn to it.....almost too much. Not sure if it's an issue of placement on the card or the opacity needs to be dropped, but I feel it needs to be a little more subtle.

Excellent card. Best of luck with the TTM's. Would love to see the successes when you get them back.

As for printing, I've used Epson 'Lustre' photo paper for my customs. I've found it's a little thicker than photo paper. That said, I also adhere front and back together which helps with durability.

As a test run, you could always mail one to yourself....see how things work.

    Good luck.

My eye was drawn to the 37 as well. But mostly because he wears #39 in the photo. :)

Kidding aside, I have really liked the new HP Premium Plus photo paper. The feel of the surface is a little more matte-like and less glossy. It's nice and thick too so with the watercolor backing I use, the cards are really rigid.
