    1998 Bowman Chrome Interstate?

    I have done a quick search but haven't been able to find much.Were these Bowman Chrome interstate cards a one per pack insert? One per box? What's the standard multiplier for these (it looks like a parrallel insert of some kind)? I'm talking about the regular interstate card, not the refractor.

    Sorry for the odd question, I'm just getting back into cards after about ten years off and I can't seem to find this info in my Beckett. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

    The odds on these cards are 1:4 packs. Multipliers are: stars 1X-2.5X, rookies .6X-1.2X
