I just thought that this was kinda strange. Honestly, what do you think this lot would sell for in a regular auction??? Maybe a bit over $1000 ???

Lots of seller raise the Buy it now price to astronomical figure so when the buyer offers, they would fall for their trick and pay more than the market price thinking they got a big discount on the buy. I fail for that once...
