How have Panini Redemptions been lately?

Hello all,

Just wanted to see some real feedback on how Panini redemptions have been recently. I havent purchased Panini since Certified last year as the communication and customer service was horrible. I just received my redemption from Certified 10-11 about 2 months ago. This isnt a rant on their service level, but has it improved? Lead time on redemptions arriving?

It's hit or miss (just like Upper Deck's redemptions).

I pulled a Sedin Auto that was a redemption (from 11-12 Certified) and after keying it in.... I had it in about a month. Pretty quick, IMO.

On the other hand, I'm still waiting for a Scratching the Surface Auto from last year's Crown Royal.

i have about 6 redemptions waiting on with one being a 10/11 donruss auto jersey of paajarvii that i have been waited for 11 months. Ive asked for a replacement like 4 months ago but no response.

I have an 11-12 certified that I have been waiting on since release date. Player has been traded to a non hockey market since then. Yay! $0.25 ebay listing, anyone?

I've stopped buying. If the ONLY cards that I can sell, or PREFERABLY, trade for my PC only show up 2 years late and outdated, I will spend my money on buying singles. Redemptions are crap, and until they stop making them, I will never spend another cent on new products.

Just an update on this convo, today i recieved 4 emails saying that 4 of my 6 redemptions have been shipped. One was not the 11 month one so i called panini today, got thru the second time an now they are shipping a replacement of a kings player for my magnus paajarvi auto jersey today. Unfortnately the girl i spoke to couldnt pronouce his name so hopefully the replacement goes by bv or something so i dont get a ryan smyth auto or dustin penner =/. But overall suprisingly good gettin 5 of 6 redemptions fulfilled in one day.
