Topps sell sheet
The standard sized base set cards are a mix to Topps classic card designs from 1960's through the 1990's. Iconic card designs from the 60's to the unforgettable designs from 1984, 1987, and 1989 are all represented. Ranging for bordered to border-less and autographs on front and no autographs. The card backs match the appropriate card front design. The backs include photos, pictures, comics, limited stats to full career statistics, all depending of that year's card set design.

From today's stars on classic Topps designs to iconic reprints and recreations of memorable insert sets, Topps Archives has it all! I LOVE the mix of current player and retired stars! I really enjoyed seeing all the old Topps design of my youth. This box was one of the funnest I have ripped in a while! I am not a fan of "throwback" sets, but I will make an exception here. The reprint cards have a gold foil Topps Archive logo on them. I do not mind the number of inserts in this box as it they are are all cool and fit. The lack of star power on the hits is off-set by how really cool and fun this whole box was!
The Bottom Line:
I give 2012 Topps Archive a STRONG BUY rating. It will be very easy to complete the base set with two boxes. The score below does not give it an "A" but this box was so fun! LOTS of inserts to chase. Set builders, and Topps fans in general will love this set. Buy a box and trade your Tigers and Rickey Henderson cards to me!
The Final Score:
Final Ratings (Out of 5):
Base set collect-ability: 4/5
Big-hit Hunter: 2/5
Prospector Hunter: 3/5
Overall Design: 5/5
Fun: 5/5
Value: 5/5
Re-buy: 5/5
Overall Quality: 5/5
Overall: 34/40 (85% = B)
Topps sent me this box to review for Full Spectrum Baseball. As always I am offering base and insert cards to members here for a SASE.
Thanks to Topps for making this review possible!

Nice review, but there's a typo... 2 autos per box, not pack. They'd be selling like hotcakes with 2 autos per pack!

I will take any Giants you have. I have already asked you for some other cards in another thread; so any you have of these you can add in the same SASE if that is fine? LMK thanks.
