NATS on the road???

Sunday August 26- Nats vs Phillies, i didnt have a very goood expierence graphing the nats, first time ever grahping a road baseball team and only got 5 autos. Was hoping for Harper or Strasburgh but neither signed. Harper was a ™™™™ considering a kid had his book and all the other nats were in shock the 19 year old phenom had a book, one guy said he would tell harper that the kid had his book, well Harper never even looked over. Gio Gonzalez was defiently the nicest player and one of the best signers. I wish there were more Gios and Worley types in baseball, guys who dont mind signing, worley signs every game(well at least sunday) that he isnt pitching and signs for everyone. The worst part of the expierence was that ROY HALLADAY signed over where i normally am standing when the pitcers are stretching!!!!! ™™™ in the 3 seasons he has been a Phillie ive never seen him sign 1 autograph inside the park, and the 1 day i dont graph the phils he decieds to sign, i was extremly mad.

So all in all you can call this a failure, since my goal was Harper or Stras, im happy with the gio and storen but i really wish i just graphed the phillies

That's how,the hobby goes. I know how you feel. Remember you had some decent success. When we had a Stras opportunity he was great, signed many and right before he got to my son he said that was his last and had to go.
your day will come with Halladay it's cyclical a bad day graphing leads to,great days. I know you'll keep at it

thanks man, really appreciate the words of encouragment, just so bumbed that halladay signed the one day i didnt graph the phils

I can't believe that halladay signed inside- people told me it happens 2-3 times per year but I never saw it. I was in the same boat- i needed roy for almost a year to finish that SI- now I've gotten him twice since march- it's just how these things go.

It's always better to have something to chase though than have all the autos you want.

My top 2 needs at this point are kemp and strasburg. Kemp is pretty good so that should happen, but Stras is a pain in the butt this year to get.

That being said, if in the future you are at the game during BP and see phillies pitchers doing sprints in RF, you should go over there- because you have some chance to get them.
