    Making customs without PhotoShop

Is it possible to make decent customs without PhotoShop or a comparable product? If so, anyone care to explain how? Thanks!

Here's one I made using Photoscape. A free program which is very good for making a quick card where it's basically a simple border and a bunch of cropped images together. I found it very easy to do the back however I have started using photoshop (and gimp or paint.net WITH PLUG-INS if you don't have photoshop) since this simply lets you do more. These are the first ones I designed btw so gave 0 ****s about format or even size lol.
